Thursday, February 8, 2018 - Selected in a tasting last autumn as an everyday Chardonnay of depth. Typical Californian vanilla oak and exotic fruit profile which, while not having anything like the mass and concentration of its more illustrious (and much more expensive) compatriots is a perfect go-to for appropriate everyday dinner food - in this case lemon sole etc.
For drinking by the end of decade.
