Monday, April 4, 2022 - Deep garnet with mild bricking and a clear watery rim. Expressive nose of dark red fruits, sweet tobacco, and a hint of forest floor. The palate is full with medium acidity, gentle but firm tannins, and a tart finish of medium+ length. Certainly better than expected based on previous reviews. Perhaps the extra years of aging were beneficial. Drink now through 2024.
