Saturday, May 1, 2021 - Opened the wine for a salmon dinner with a friend. Still very good, though with a touch more sweetness than I remembered from the winery tasting. Floral and fruit notes were more apparent, more peach and rose than I noticed before. Still very satisfying wine and excellent accompaniment to the salmon.
