Thursday, May 13, 2021 - ruby with a touch of purple in color. sweet aroma with red fruit like cherry, red plum, purple fruit, lots of tertiary flavor like forest floor, leather, meaty, vegetal. Very Roumier style. once open it has good structure but goes away quickly after about 3 hours.
