Tuesday, April 16, 2024 - Good bright red cherry fruit with tar and leather behind. Dry on the finish, which reflects the massive tannins here, along with enlivening freshness. Good length, some complexity. Drinking nicely now, no need to wait, as to wait for the tannins to soften will likely mean waiting until the fruit has all but disappeared.
