Sunday, February 16, 2014 - Had this with some Thai food and it was surprisingly dry upon opening. The aromas were a lot more subdued but the flavors were good with lots of yellow tropical notes and good balance. Fresh and easy going this held up well considering it's basic designation. Enjoyable
