Monday, May 15, 2017 - Curiously different to earlier bottles. Shiny, silvery gold. Nose of sweet floral - especially elderflower; nice but not a lot else - less complex than previous bottles from the same vintage. Taste is a little more complex - drier and with a mineral edge, but still with elderflower coming through very strongly. Some sourness to balance the sweetness and in fact the finish ends up pretty sour.
