Wednesday, October 30, 2013 - Brilliant pale golden color, on the nose pears and honeysuckle, on the palate, the texture is round and the flavor is evolved into a honeyed round complex wine that has lost a lot of its acidic edge but gained layers of different flavors.
Delicious now, not sure it will improve a lot more and even though I've never had a premoxed Pernot, I'm not sure I would take the chance.
