Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - PnP - Zalto burg - big nose of mint and green and lemon, almond and dry nuts. Vanilla. Orange peel or zest. From a conterno sensory there is some butterscotch and sweetness - marzipan and lemon drops? Palate is big and rich with some sweetness. Still some oak and vanilla. Rich but it’s got some snap and acid. Definite lemon. Finish shows the vanilla and nuttiness. Nose - 5-5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15.5-16/20.
