Saturday, June 12, 2021 - Medium yellow. Nice combination of apple and peach fruit. Medium bodied, off dry. Not too sweet or heavy like many Alsatian Pinot Gris, in fact, maybe even a touch of mid-palate dilution here. Adequate acidity and a bit of soil. Quite good now.
