Saturday, July 10, 2021 - Opened at Region in Barrington. Flash decant yielded a tart front palate, mediocre middle, and decent finish. The wine was clearly not ready at that point but after an hour the front end fruit came around nicely, mid got better, and the finish went on forever. Wine clearly needed the decant and time. Recommend holding for 3-5 years or allow time for at least 2 hr decant.
