Saturday, June 11, 2016 - So i buy the 07 as its supposed to be a top vintage. Initially im thinking, in over excited anticipation, that it is not that great. I calmed down and waited five mins. And then i am bowled over, skittled, left legless in my wonder and joy. Lucozade, Robinsons concentrated orange juice, walnuts and marmalade. Finesse, beautiful acidity and tart , punchy , sharp daggers punctuate my palate. Glorious, I will never be able to cellar wines of Tokaji. I need to consume with a healthy addiction.
