Thursday, June 16, 2016 - (opened for 24 hours) color: purple velvet; nose: earth and faint oak; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, vegetal plum fruit taste, not fully ripe, spicy on tongue, medium-length finish with licorice black pepper gum-sucking tannins ; overall: overly young and very tight as of June 2016 -- too soon to drink! Cellar for another 12-18 months. Should get much better!
