Sunday, January 1, 2017 - New Years Day dinner aboard the ship leaving St Thomas and sailing to the Bahamas - light yellow in the glass , white fruit on the nose, peach, melon, a touch of citrus and enough oak to make it enjoyable. Served alongside the crabcakes.
