90 Points

Tuesday, June 13, 2017 - Pale yellow. Coconut, vanilla, green apple, citrus, wet granite, white pepper and some litchi on the nose. The wine has fresh, pure and yet firm palate. Salty mineral and even vibrant acidity are there too. When PnP it was simple a bit but after 1-2 hours breathing, it getting better and better. Quite balanced, concentrated for the level. Impressive at this moderate price. It will be fantastic with shellfish or Japanese or Korean style sliced raw fish. Alc. 12.5%
