Tuesday, January 10, 2017 - Light ruby and clear, nose of roasted red pepper and oil cured black olive, tobacco and cherries, tart and springy, medium tannins, flavors of montmorency cherry and cherry pit, tobacco, cedar. A well tamed Nebbiolo. Drinking well now. Can go 2-3 more years.
