Wednesday, December 14, 2016 - Gentle, perfumed nose of raspberry, dragon fruit, and vanilla, with hints of green herbs and earth. Palate is light-bodied, with moderate tannin but tightly-packed acidity. Flavours of cranberry, rose, and pomegranate on the entry, then a sour lemon juice note takes over on the mid-palate. Earthy notes of leather and truffle in the background.
