Sunday, December 13, 2009 - Light straw colour. Mineral and Grapefruit on nose. Minerality and lemon on initial taste. Some peppery notes on mid palate. Not sure if I am a huge fan of the trochen wines when drinking on own, and not with food. Will try next time with food.
