Tuesday, February 10, 2009 - Blind Night (Scott): Pale yellow color. Tastes of pear, melon and pineapple. Quite spicy. Nice mid palate length and depth but the finish is a bit fat and flabby. Could use more acidity. Full bodied with and oily texture.
