Thursday, April 29, 2010 - Popped and poured at a restaurant. Great nose of candied blackberries, asian spice dark cherries and a touch of smoke. Initially very very tight, but came around in the glass with some coaxing and as the bottle sat open over dinner. Unfortunately, the meal that we had was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life, but this was the one saving grace. So all the credit to Au Bon Climat for giving me peace as I chewed out the manager for their terrible and waaaaay overpriced food.
