Friday, September 3, 2010 - Nose of honey and apricot,with mint and petrol in background. Definite botrytis. Served with baked pork chops with sweet ginger and mango sauce. A little sweet for meal, but not by much. Rich, oily, fatty wine which cuts through the ginger and pork. A nice mineral finish. The wine can carry through for dessert.
