Monday, November 13, 2023 - Drank a single glass each night for several nights. First night was the best but remained very good throughout. Golden yellow in color, good mousse that fades away after an hour in the glass (I was drinking slowly). Nose has delicate aromas of pear and golden apples, some yeasty/toasty notes and the palate was the same. Dosage was just right —some sweetness but not much and not too heavy or rich.
