Friday, November 24, 2023 - still young as expected. golden yellow in the glass. just a bit of effervescence on the initial pour. petrol on the nose and then honey and overripe red apple. beautiful texture and mouthfeel with apple, honey and citrus on the palate. beautifully balanced with a solid backbone of acidity.. needless to say this has many years to go but it drinks beautifully today as well.
