Saturday, January 11, 2020 - Wet stone, herbs and light flowers in the nose. On the palate decent citrus notes, slate and a hint of petrol. Good drinking flow, sappy, little residual sugar, Mosel dry. Perfect match with a miso-garlic porc cutlet and ginger-infused cole slaw with sesame.
