Sunday, January 22, 2012 - Berry red wine of some sophistication for the first couple of hours in the decanter. The real interest came after that with classic Cornas raspberry scents and a good sauvage edge to it. Very fine but probably 5 years from full maturity. At present needs a 3-4 hour decant to see it at its best.
