Wednesday, May 31, 2017 - 2015 Jadot Entry Level Beaujolais; 5/22/2017-6/1/2017: Fairly dark ruby. Aromas are a dead ringer for strawberry cake with a little vanilla frosting. strawberry and blueberry flavor upon entry. Angular, with plus tannins and a sharp finish. smoothed out after a few hours. This might be better a touch chilled and with some time to come together.
