Tuesday, October 3, 2023 - 55F since acquiring on release - Stelvin closure- bright youthful clear light yellow- acacia honey at fore with peaches, pears, and pineapple in close support. Floral notes too make themselves known. Medium rich on palate where a little bitter citrus rind shows itself. Enough tartness to keep things fresh and focused but not a parotid squeezer.
