Wednesday, August 1, 2007 - Fairly toasty nose (not from oak), buttered toast, with hints of lemon/lime and sherbet. Medium bodied in the mouth, showing lots of citrus and that sherbet-y quality again, still with quite high acid and a medium-long finish that really resonates. Delicious wine showing nice development. Who says wine in screwcap won't age!
