Friday, February 12, 2021 - This is a very gracious, elegant wine from Parador. SommSelect review refers to it as being made in a European style, and that characterization suits this wine well. It has lovely dark fruits and aromas of cedar and herbs that we can't quite place. We decanted for 3 hours. Perfect. Not at all oaky or rough in any way.
