Sunday, April 26, 2020 - I often find rose champagne to combine the worst characteristics of each, but this felt like this was the best of both. Luscious strawberries-and-cream rose notes, balanced by the Roederer electricity. Kept drawing me back. Had assumed this was NV and, if I had realised, I would have left it longer. But it was terrific and greatly enjoyed. Would seek out.
