Sunday, May 2, 2021 - Pale pink color. Pretty nose of strawberries and cream, hints of floral notes and light citrus. Very fresh. Not showing much yeasty, bread notes at all. Similar flavors on the palate with light red berry and citrus fruit. Fine, creamy mousse. Medium+ acid. Could use a bit more complexity but very tasty and well made rose champagne.
