Saturday, July 2, 2016 - Love this wine, as it has so much going for it in terms of flowery aromatics, great mouth feel and texture and a lovely mineral tinge on the finish. Starts off white in color and within 15 minutes turns into a beautiful copper almost light rose tinge. During that time the wine gains wonderful complexity and structure.
