Saturday, October 8, 2016 - Been a while since we've had this bottle. Picked up recently on sale and forgot how nice it can be. Floral, stone fruits, nice minerality, saline backbone, with just the right amount of acids. Paired with a semi-spicy salmon dinner and held up very well.
