Tuesday, September 11, 2018 - Pale straw in color with faint yeast aroma with peach, nectarine, citrus zest, and mineral. Zippy with sweet yet tart lemon sherbet, lime, pineapple, and peach on the palate. Slight citrus rind on the finish.
