Wednesday, August 9, 2017 - No signs of prem-ox, very mineral, rich flavour. Rather young in its flavour and taste profile, quite structured, a bit hot (alcohol 14%). I would guess this will improve over a couple of years, I don't see this as waning in contrast to some other tasting notes here.
