Sunday, December 27, 2020 - Complex nose of apples, white flowers, some popcorn, and a hint of lemon. Good acidity with green apples and minerals and some oak / vanilla notes on the palate, which are quite integrated and not obtrusive. Long, very good finish. Very complex wine which got better and better with time in the glass.
