Thursday, January 9, 2014 - Tart citrus, lots of pineapple/tropical notes. Initially a blank spot in the mid-palate which fills out with some air. No advanced notes, in fact still quite primary and acidic. Shows the lean minerality of Criots and still the fat of Grand Cru. A shame to open this early just out of fear of the premox monster.
