Monday, December 6, 2021 - Medium ruby, with significant fading on edges, and somewhat viscous. Very ripe, even stewed red cherries and cranberries, as well as a bit of green fern, cinnamon, cloves, and charcuterie. Tannins completely softened, whilst mostly peppery meaty yet green minty flavours as well as ripe cranberries, then cloves and nutmeg. Quite a good length of peppers and stewed meat. Nice!
