Sunday, July 23, 2023 - I decanted this for several hours ahead of time. This was heady and perfumed when I got to it with savory notes, licorice, sour red cherries, rose petals, raspberries, herbs, crushed rocks, violets, and some sweet tobacco notes. The Medium/full bodied feel has some youth, but in a light-heavyweight way along with tart, high acidity and silky, high tannins. The tannins are starting to resolve at this point and the feel is becoming more complete. This is a lovely Produttori Riserva that shows a more brawny side.
