Wednesday, August 1, 2018 - Straw. Classic Gewurtz nose of rosewater and lychee. On the palate, full, slightly spicy, intriguing. A touch of sweetness, which perhaps could have done with a degree more acidity for balance. Still, very enjoyable: a serious pleasure. Screwcap, 14%.
