Monday, October 9, 2023 - Deep red. Minor sediment.
Cool fruited Shiraz aromas showing some bottle development. Fine oak aromas.
Lovely cool climate VIC Shiraz. Elegant, good length, wonderful balance. Lovely French oak use. Gentle flavours. Just entered its drinking window. Probably has 10 years ahead of it. 8 hours- is there a slight touch of brett emerging? Maybe not 10 years.
