Saturday, July 30, 2022 - PnP.....Utterly delicious! Nose showed plenty of stone fruit, some white flowers and some toasty oak and mild spice. Palate was creamy, with loads of pear, melon and some apple, coupled with bramble and hints of buttered croissants. Loved this Chardonnay, and it is in a great place right now for my palate! 94+ with no problem! I would say drink these within the next year or two for peak pleasure (if you enjoy lots of fruit and some tertiary goodness!)

8/9/2022 7:46:00 AM - I know I have not shared Kistler with you (personally, my palate leans slightly toward Aubert). Kistler makes some very nice wines too, that, IMO, require the same 6-8 years of age. My favorite vineyard is Cathleen! Like I said though, let me know when we can get together and I will try to bring one!

8/10/2022 10:07:00 PM - Jason, we definitely have to figure it out. Either virtually or in person. Seems like I am on the road for the next few months so it might be awhile tho (in copenhagen right now, wonderful for wine although I am terrible at making notes from restaurant wines)
