Saturday, June 17, 2017 - Served with broiled cod, braised carrots/mushrooms, basmati rice. Quite nice combination of light lemon/lime, pineapple, honeysuckle, very light caramel/vanilla/corn, ample acidity to keep all in balance. Medium body, moderately long finish. Did not evolve much nor obtain great depth, but drinks nicely and stays interesting.
