Tuesday, October 18, 2022 - So, so, so good. Velvety dark berry, leather, maybe a touch of chickory(?). Perfect for red meat, grilled chicken, root vegetables — anything richly flavorful. The only problem is that 15% ABV means I can’t drink this all night.
