Thursday, August 10, 2017 - Opened 4 bottles. 3 in perfect condition, 1 flawed. Decanted for 1 hour then served with slow cooked lamb shoulder and celeriac puree. Heavy sediment in the bottle. Wine still almost purple black colour. No sign of bricking. Wonderful expressive nose of fruits of the forest. Almost jammy. Not complex but balanced and very smooth. Opened up a little in the glass. Real treat.
