Wednesday, October 21, 2020 - This one is definitely a crowd pleaser. Lots of tropical fruits, lemon, and some toastiness on the nose. Palate has a slight bitter bite and nice richness. Seems to be more Burgundian as it is not a California diacetyl butter bomb, has good acidity, and good restrained use of oak. Well-balanced and overall quite refreshing. Ready to drink now.
