Tuesday, June 10, 2008 - This shows a lot of edge in its coarse texture and dry tannins and I can't help but feel its style is more austere-Bordeaux than plush-California with its dusty dark fruit, leather, charcoal and dried tobacco notes. This really would be great with a nice steak.
