Tuesday, March 10, 2020 - Drinking beautifully right now. Extremely fresh, awesome steely herbal notes, some autolytic notes with bright acidity, lemon, orange zest, white peach. Short on the finish, but that’s my only quibble. CT drinking window is off - this shows no signs of fading in the next couple years, and I’d guess a drink by date of 2025. Under screwcap.
