Friday, January 5, 2024 - In my experience at Giuseppe Rinaldi they do all of their wines well and this is no exception, and even though it was not built for aging in my opinion (it was never as good again as the first time), it has held up well and still offers pleasure. Less fruity now, but a lot of Piemonte in the glass. Cherry, mint, roses and a hint of tar. Lots of tannin actually, and good balance with the acidity and reasonable 13,5 ABV. A nice wine. There are better Dolcettos though with less iconic labels.
