Sunday, July 3, 2022 - 2nd bottle and it was rested well! Had all the rightful characteristics of a Gevrey Chambertin. Semi fleshy nose to start but evolved to deep purple flowers. On palate, whilst many would use red fruits, I beg to differ with fresh and semi ripe plums to describe the palate. Balanced sweetness and acidity with adequate depth. Not bad for a casual Sunday lunch time drink!
